These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all use of the goldpari platform, including but not limited to the website accessible at goldpari, all associated mobile interfaces, and any services delivered through those interfaces. By accessing goldpari, creating an account, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

goldpari is operated by an international entity holding an offshore gaming licence. The platform is not licensed or regulated by any governmental authority of Bangladesh. Players based in Bangladesh access and use goldpari at their own discretion and are solely responsible for determining whether their participation in online gambling is lawful under Bangladeshi law.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific promotion terms communicated at the time of each offer, constitute the complete agreement between you and goldpari with respect to your use of the platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the terms of a specific promotion, the promotion-specific terms will prevail solely with respect to that promotion.

goldpari reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will indicate the new effective date at the top of this document. Your continued use of goldpari following any such update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

The English version of these Terms & Conditions is the authoritative version. goldpari targets the Bangladesh market and uses English as the primary language of the platform. If any translation is provided for informational purposes, the English version takes precedence in all cases of interpretation or dispute.

Access to goldpari is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the period of account activity:

• You are at least 18 years of age. goldpari maintains a strict 18+ policy with no exceptions.
• You are not accessing goldpari from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee or director of goldpari or any affiliated entity.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by goldpari or by any other gaming operator or regulatory body.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

goldpari reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity from any player at any time. This may include, but is not limited to, a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued photo identification, as well as proof of address and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable time period may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

Any player who provides false information regarding their age or identity during registration or at any subsequent point will have their account immediately and permanently closed. Any balance held in such an account at the time of closure, including both deposited funds and bonus funds, may be forfeited at the sole discretion of goldpari, subject to applicable legal obligations regarding return of deposits.

To access the full range of services offered by goldpari, including placing wagers, claiming bonuses, and processing withdrawals, you must register a player account via the goldpari Login page. Registration is free of charge and open to all eligible individuals as defined in Section 2 of these Terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and preferred payment method details. goldpari relies on this information to verify your identity, process your transactions, and contact you regarding your account.

You are permitted to hold one registered account only on goldpari. Opening or attempting to open more than one account — whether under your own identity or under a different name — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. goldpari employs automated and manual systems to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be suspended, and any bonus funds credited to those accounts will be voided. Real-money deposits may be returned subject to verification of the player's identity and the absence of any outstanding wagering obligations.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your username and password. Any activity carried out under your account credentials will be treated as activity carried out by you. goldpari accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify goldpari immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

goldpari reserves the right to decline any registration application without being required to provide a reason for that decision. Account approval is at the sole discretion of goldpari.

All financial transactions on goldpari are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). goldpari supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary based on your location and account status.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by goldpari by default, however individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits. Players are advised to consult their payment provider's terms for applicable limits.

Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are credited to your goldpari wallet in most cases within 60 seconds of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 24 hours to be reflected in your account balance. goldpari accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

Withdrawal requests are processed by goldpari within 24 to 72 hours of submission, subject to identity verification requirements being satisfied. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the player's most recent qualifying deposit. goldpari reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal, regardless of the amount involved.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals of bonus funds are not permitted until the applicable wagering requirements have been met in full, as described in Section 5 of these Terms. Real-money funds and bonus funds are tracked separately within your wallet, and bonus funds will always be wagered before real-money funds in any game session.

• Deposits must originate from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• goldpari does not accept deposits made using funds obtained through illegal means.
• In the event of a deposit error, you must contact support@goldpari immediately. goldpari will investigate and, where appropriate, correct any verified error.
• Chargebacks initiated through your payment provider without first contacting goldpari support will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation.

goldpari offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions aligned with events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and major cricket tournaments including BPL and T20 World Cup fixtures. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be communicated at the time the promotion is offered.

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all goldpari promotions:

• Wagering Requirement: All bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any winnings derived from those funds may be withdrawn. The wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in the promotion's individual terms.
• Time Limit: Bonus funds and any associated wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated in the promotion terms. Expired bonus funds are voided automatically.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of each wager. Live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute a lower percentage. The contribution rate for each game category will be stated in the promotion terms.
• Maximum Bet While Bonus Is Active: While bonus funds are active in your wallet, the maximum permitted bet per round or per game event is ৳2,000, unless the specific promotion states a different limit. Bets placed above this threshold while bonus funds are active may be voided.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold one active bonus at any time. If a new bonus is claimed while a previous bonus remains active, goldpari reserves the right to void one of the bonuses at its discretion.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to registered, verified players who are 18 years of age or older. goldpari reserves the right to restrict bonus eligibility at its sole discretion.

goldpari reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a player has already qualified for it, goldpari will honour the bonus for that player for the remaining duration of the original promotion validity period.

By using goldpari, you accept the following obligations and represent that you will abide by them throughout the period during which your account remains active:

• You will provide accurate and truthful information at the time of registration and will update that information promptly if it changes.
• You will use goldpari solely for personal entertainment purposes. Commercial exploitation of the platform or its games is prohibited.
• You will not use any software, tool, script, bot, or automated system to interact with the goldpari platform in a manner not intended by goldpari.
• You will not attempt to exploit bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in any game, system, or software offered by or on goldpari. Any such vulnerability discovered must be reported immediately to support@goldpari.
• You will not engage in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or fraudulent activity in connection with any game or wager placed on goldpari.
• You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose the funds you deposit and wager on goldpari. You accept personal responsibility for all wagers you place.
• You will not access goldpari from any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, nor will you use tools such as VPNs or proxy services to circumvent any geographic restriction applied by goldpari.
• You will comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction in connection with your use of goldpari.

goldpari may monitor player activity to ensure compliance with these obligations. Where a breach is identified or reasonably suspected, goldpari reserves the right to take any of the enforcement actions described in Section 8 of these Terms.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on goldpari. Engaging in any of the behaviours listed below will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of bonus funds, and may result in the withholding of withdrawals pending investigation:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, impersonating another person, or misrepresenting your eligibility to register or claim a bonus.
• Money Laundering: Using goldpari to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from unlawful activity. goldpari cooperates fully with relevant authorities in the investigation of suspected money laundering.
• Bonus Abuse: Registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, using automated or coordinated strategies designed solely to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent, or any other conduct that in goldpari's reasonable judgement constitutes abuse of the platform's promotional structure.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, tournament, or wager.
• Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting any technical error, miscalculation of odds, or system malfunction to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings accrued through exploitation of a known or suspected error will be voided.
• Unauthorised Access: Attempting to access the accounts, data, or systems of other players or of goldpari through hacking, social engineering, or any other unauthorised means.
• Chargebacks: Filing a chargeback with a payment provider in bad faith for transactions that were genuinely authorised by you. goldpari will dispute all fraudulent chargebacks and may pursue recovery through available legal channels.

goldpari employs a dedicated compliance and fraud detection team that monitors all platform activity on a continuous basis. Players suspected of prohibited conduct will have their accounts restricted pending investigation. goldpari's determination in such matters is final, subject to the dispute resolution process described in these Terms.

goldpari reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the period requested by goldpari.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the player.
• Discovery that the player is under 18 years of age.
• Discovery that the player is accessing the platform from a restricted jurisdiction.
• Regulatory or legal requirement to do so.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the player will be notified by email and will be provided with an opportunity to respond to the grounds for suspension within 10 business days. Where the investigation concludes that no breach has occurred, the account will be reinstated and any withheld funds released without undue delay.

Where an account is permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings held in the account at the time of closure will be forfeited. Real-money deposits made in good faith will be returned to the player via the original deposit method, minus any amounts owed to goldpari under these Terms, subject to the satisfactory completion of identity verification.

Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting goldpari via live chat or by emailing support@goldpari. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player following identity verification and the completion of any active wagering obligations. Players who wish to close their account for responsible gaming reasons may request immediate self-exclusion, which takes effect within 24 hours of the request being confirmed.
